ü  Responsible for all management decisions.
ü  Oversight of the company program, banquet, restaurant and event operations and all aspects of the organization’s food and beverage operations, drive sales and profitability.
ü  Directly responsible for managing multiple restaurants branch.
ü  The Director Operations is responsible for the strategic development and execution of the operations plan for the entire product line. 

Secretary
ü  organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
ü  recruiting, training and supervising junior staff
ü  handling correspondence
ü  implementing new procedures and administrative systems

Human Resource Manager
ü  All departments complying with equal employment opportunity laws
ü  Responsible for the selection of employees and ensure that department staff skilled in their areas of expertise.
ü  Support the operation by supervising staff, planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems.
Operating Manager
üInvolved with the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes
ü  Ensure that goods and services are produced efficiently and correctly the amount produced at the appropriate cost and quality level
ü  Ensures that the company achieves the sales, profits, and other goals set out in its annual plan.
ü  Operating control Evaluates performance against the annual plan and takes corrective action.
Financial Manager
ü  Prepare the report financial information accurately
ü  Responsible for the company's current financial situation and expects out of money for the company's financial future.
ü Determine the model that can generate the most profit for the company.
Marketing Manager
ü     Identify the target market and analyze the current market trends
ü     Review the needs and requirements of the customer and competitive information.
ü Developing and implementing a strategic plan to suitable for customer demand.
ü  Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
ü  Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
