THE PROCESSING OF A+ PATTY BURGER
  1. Burger restaurant
Burger restaurant have 3 main spaces:

·         Kitchen                 : the space for preparing the burger such as sink, stove,
·         Dining room          : Table set for eat
·         Washroom             : Toilet and sink to wash the hand
·         Manager room       : For office management

  1. Processing the burger

·        The making of Patty Burger
                                                        i.            Cut the meat (chicken and beef) using cut slicer machine
                                                      ii.            Mix the meat and additional material (egg, black and white pepper, cinnamon, onion, cumin) into the blender until smooth
                                                    iii.            Then, shape the dough into “Patty” burger
·         Mushroom sauce processing
                                                        i.            Melt the margarine then fry the onion until fragrant and add flour. Keep stirring
                                                      ii.            Then, put the water and add the black pepper, salt and sweet soy sauce
                                                    iii.            Keep stirring until blend well
·         Burger Processing

                                                        i.            Grilled the patty and the burger
                                                      ii.            Arrange the burger start from bottom which is bread as a base of the burger.
                                                    iii.            Then, put  the salad, cheese, tomato, patty and last the bread to cover the patty
·         Packaging

                                                        i.            Wrap the burger with plastic burger food wrap

                                                      ii.            Then, put the burger into the paper bag
